About Bistro BlendsAbout Bistro Blends Our company was started by a waiter who wanted more out of life. He created his first recipe as a very zesty bread-dipper for his customers at Scala's Bistro in San Francisco to liven up their tables. Many diners asked to buy it, but it was not available for sale, so, he collected their business cards with the dream of one day being able to offer them that handmade recipe to serve at home. Almost ten years later, he did just that. John Spenger began making the products by hand and selling them at local farmer's markets and gourmet food shows. Since then, that one special recipe of balsamic vinegar, garlic and olive oil has since evolved into a line of 10 different amazing flavors. John no longer makes the product by hand and no longer sells it himself. We have developed a network of distributors throughout the country to bring our products to as many markets–large and small–as we can. Currently Bistro Blends products are in 150 farmer's markets and 300 to 500 shows nationwide annually. We have only tapped the show/events market as there are 30,000 to choose from, nationally. The opportunity currently on the table is for select individuals that are looking for the hottest, easiest business that anyone can run. We especially want this business to grow in the Eastern and Midwestern states. Those that are lucky enough to be chosen for the first contract in a new state will have the chance to grow above anybody else that signs up for that same state. On top of that, we will not put anyone in a taken state for THREE MONTHS after the first person signs up. There is no fee and we have one of the lowest capital suggestions in the business.
